Transport and delivery
Your order will be delivered within 5 to 10 days after leaving the factory by a carrier who will call you to make an appointment
Due to the uncertain supply of raw materials during this period, some orders may be subject to longer manufacturing times. We will keep you informed of these possible delays.

Specialised transport
Your order will be made to your specifications by professional carpenters. To transport your equipment to your home, we use specialised transporters who know how to accompany your material with care. Upon receipt of your order at our carrier, the latter will contact you to make an appointment for delivery. He will not be able to keep your goods beyond a period of 30 days.
Personal contact
Your products are special items that need to be moved, which is why we only deal with transport companies that specialise in moving bulky products. As soon as your order is ready to be shipped, you will be contacted to arrange a delivery date of your choice. Our carriers can deliver from Monday to Friday within a half-day window.
Adapted transport to your home
When making an appointment, your delivery person will ask you for information about the delivery location and its accessibility. Please be sure to indicate any access difficulties when ordering. Depending on the location of your home, we will adapt the mode of transport for your delivery. As a minimum, access must be possible for a 10T truck. If this is not the case, an additional estimate will have to be made. This is the key to a clear relationship and a personalised follow-up of your delivery.
Reception assisted by your delivery person
Your order is waiting for you! The delivery of your product will be made at the edge of your property. Our delivery person will assist you in getting your bulky products out of the truck, following all procedures to avoid any shocks at the time of reception. If you are unable to help with the unloading yourself, please consider asking the craftsman who will be doing the installation or another person to help.
Manufacturing: the deadlines for our products
Due to the impact of the Covid-19 crisis on the supply of raw materials, some lead times may be increased. You will be informed when your product is produced.
The quality of our products and your satisfaction are our top priorities. This means that the manufacturing time is more or less important depending on your order. There is no intermediary between you and MisterMenuiserie, once the manufacturing is finished, you will be delivered within 5 to 10 days depending on your availability.

Delivery: Key points
At the time of delivery
On delivery, always ask the carrier to check the contents and condition of your equipment with you. If your equipment is damaged during transport or for any other reason, you must issue a reserve voucher. This document indicates the reasons why you do not accept the package as it is. This document is essential for any return procedure. MisterMenuiserie's teams will not be able to proceed with an exchange without this document. Our transporters do not take back packaging related to the delivery of your order
If for any reason you were not able to check and issue the reservation form on receipt, check the delivery within 24 hours. In case of anomaly, take pictures with your phone, open a declaration from your account. We will do our best to find a solution.
Acceptance of conditions
The customer acknowledges, at the time of placing the order, that he/she has read the specific conditions of sale on mistergatesdirect.com or any associated pages. By placing an order, you accept these conditions without reservation. These specific delivery conditions are in addition to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale fon the site.
Take back your old product
For gates, wickets and fences, Mister Menuiserie offers to take back your old equipment. This request must be made at the time of ordering to the shop manager. Your products must be ready to be taken away on the day of delivery. They must be properly packaged for transport, i.e. wrapped (filmed or cardboard) and sealed with adhesive tape.
