Your purchase didn't meet your expectations?
According to UK legislative cancellation rights, you have a statutory cancellation period of 14 working days from the receipt of goods under the condition that you have purchased a standard product from Mister Gates Direct and the returned product(s) is (are) in perfect condition and in its (their) original packaging, along with all accessories. Please note all aluminium gates are made to order and cannot be cancelled after placing the order. If deadline falls on Saturday, Sunday or a bank holiday, the deadline is extended to the first following business day.
Prior to returning or preparing your return, please access to My Account and select Help Desk.
With our automated ticket service, you can contact the required service department, add subject and complete your message. In order to facilitate the process, we kindly ask you to mention as clear as possible your claim, why you wish to return your purchase and join documentation or pictures.
As soon as we received your message, our customer service will handle your ticket with all attention. You will receive a reply within 24h by email notification, but you may also consult your customer account in My Account / Help Desk at any moment.

Important note:
- Incomplete applications will not be taken into account.
- After the delivery period of 7 working days, no returns will be accepted except in exceptional cases.
- No cancellation right will be accepted after ordering an aluminium product (gate/fence).
- Delivery charges will not be refunded (*)
- Return fees are at charge of the customer (*)
- Please contact our Customer Service team, we may offer a similar product to meet your expectations.
(*) This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty or misdescribed.
